He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wells and Mable Wells; his brothers, Dick and Tom Wells; and his granddaughter Emily Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Wells; his children, Jeff Wells, Kevin Wells, Janette Joyce and Janell Nelson (Scott); his grandchildren, Austin Wells, Jordan Nelson (Katie), Madison Harris, Jenna Copeland (Matthew), Alllie Wells, Tiffany Wells and Julia Degraffenreid (Kanyon); his great grandchildren, Benny Serrano, Briar Wells and Winnie Copeland; and his sister Debbie Howlett (Brent Coleman). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.
Memorial contributions and donations can be made in honor and memory of Jerry to the American Legion Post 138 Bolivar - Scholarship Fund and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
