He is survived by: his mother Barbara Burnett; his mother-in-law Wilma Hood; his children, Carl Burnett (Jessica), Christy Burnett and Heidi Burnett; his grandchildren, Natalie Jenkins, Andrew Jenkins, Kristina Eisman, Kyle Burnett and Lukas Burnett; his great grandchildren, Lylah Silva and Raelynn Shepardson; his siblings, Bill Burnett (Deb), Tina Post (Don) and Ronald Burnett; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Ethridge (Pauline), Wayne Ethridge and Chris Lewis (James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
