He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Knickerbocker and Mabel Knickerbocker; his son Keith Eric; and his sister Leona (Marge). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Garner; his children, Jeff (Susie) of Whitehall, Wisconsin and Vicky Smoker (Robert) of Olathe, Kansas; his stepdaughter Pamela Terpening (David) of Pittsburg, MO; his daughter-in-law Amanda Fillmore of Culver City, CA; his grandchildren, Jeremy Knickerbocker of Cookeville, Tennessee, Heather Smoker of Overland Park, Kansas and Matthew Smoker of Shawnee; and his pets, Rascal and Fior. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
