He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Sr. Garms and Dorothy Garms. He is survived by: his wife Doris Garms; his children, Mark Garms (Kelli) and Joletta Johnson (Colton); his grandchildren, Micah, Lauren Garms, Dawn Meyers, Brandon Garms, Jennifer Plumley and Logan Johnson; and his sisters, Dianne Teel (Joe), Judy Hamer and Sharon Matthews. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many extended family, friends.
