He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Seiner and Edna Mae Seiner (Graham); his wife Darlene; his son Rick; and his siblings-in-law, Roy "Sonny" and Elaine Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Parson (Mike), Brent Seiner (Vesta) and Rocky Seiner (Patsy); his daughter-in-law Mary Seiner; and his sister Joan Wilson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Mt. Gilead Cemetery in Bolivar, Missouri.
