He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Christy Baze (Steve) and Robyn Stapleton (James); his grandchildren, Tristan, Terran Baze, Keira, Daniel and Loralei Stapleton; and his sisters, Della Orender and Jan Daniel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
