She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Albert and Lena Marie "Wilson" Ifland; her husband Larry Hartzell; her son Robert Eugene Sontag; her brothers, Harry and Larry Ifland; and her brother-in-law James Leavitt.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alex James Sontag and Samantha Eisenbeis (Kevin); her great grandchild Cooper; and her siblings, Linda Leavitt, George Ifland (Judy), Richard "Rick" Ifland and Paul Ifland. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Bonne Terre Chapel (313 Benham St, Bonne Terre, MO 63628). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar St. Francois Memorial Park Cemetery (6776 Vo-Tec Rd, Bonne Terre, MO 63628).
