He is survived by: his wife Eliza Welch (Blea); his daughters, Tanya Welch Dickerman (Bob), Valerie Winkler (Patrick Daugherty) and Pamela Herzog (David); his grandchildren, Austin Winkler, Amber Winkler, Wyatt Herzog, Logan Herzog and Ethan Welch; and his sisters, Kathleen Patterson (Charles) and Marleen Johnston (Richard).
