He was predeceased by: his father Larry Munson; his former wife Cheryl Queen; and his sons, Anthony and Adam Hammack. He is survived by: his mother Nedra Darlene Queen (Eaton); his wife Elizabeth Queen (Looser); his son Rick Queen (Melissa); his grandchildren, Christopher Hammack, Cameron, Aubre and Sydney Queen; and his siblings, Tianny Richardson (David) and Kirk Queen (Jill). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and family.
