He is survived by: his wife Virginia DeClue; his daughter Debbie Portell (DeClue); his grandchild Karissa Portell; his great grandchild Roman Portell; his sister Bessie Nettles (Vernie); and his sister-in-law Beulah DeClue. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
