He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Runyon and Wanda Chamberlain (O'Ferrell); and his stepfather Lester Chamberlain. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Runyon (Young); his grandchildren, Ashley Nicole and Corey Michael Runyon; his siblings, Patricia Jean Runyon, Goldie Mingus and Zeke Chamberlain; his children, Michael Runyon (Tracy) and Misty Moore (Allen); his grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew and Karlie Misuraca; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Benjamin and Jaxson Misuraca; his siblings, George, David, Dan Runyon and Juanita Chamberlain; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Burns and Margie Wills. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the C. Z. Boyer Funeral Home (1116 N Desloge Dr, Desloge, MO 63601). A masonic service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Desloge Chapel (1116 N Desloge Dr, Desloge, MO 63601). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Three Rivers Cemetery.
