She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roach and Geraldine Roach (Nease). She is survived by: her husband Otis Earl Basinger, Jr.; her daughters, Christine Basinger-Hartwick and Donna Collier (David); her grandchildren, Nick Basinger, Lauren Hartwick, Lydia Collier, Annie Rose Collier and Bryan Basinger; and her great grandchildren, Ariah and Elijah Basinger.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Patricia Ann Basinger 's name.
