He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Lea Gawf and McCurley; and his sisters, Catherine Sizemore and Marcella McCarty. He is survived by: his wife Marty Gawf (Holekamp); his children, Robert "Brownie" Gawf (Debbie), Barbie Crocker (Gawf), Janie Deal (Gawf) and Gabriel Crocker; his grandchildren, Nick Conrad (Amber Noll), Robert Joseph, Darren K. Gawf (Kylie), Joseph Ross Crocker, Timothy Connor Crocker and Jessica E. Carstens (Carter); and his pet Frannie. He is also survived by the cat; several nieces and nephews, along with numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bonne Terre Chapel (313 Benham St, Bonne Terre, MO 63628). A masonic service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Bonne Terre Cemetery.
