He is survived by: his pet Stymie; his fiancée Teri Wells; his daughter Samantha Bollinger; his grandchildren, Matthew Bollinger (Kenzie) and Chloe Bleckler; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, William and Finn; and his sisters, Mary Bollinger and Penny Bollinger.
