He is survived by: his wife Susan Glaze; his daughters, Julie Beffa and Amy McDaniel; his sons-in-law, Jay Beffa and John McDaniel; his grandchildren, Hilari Nelson (Micah), Lucas Lemar (Ethan), Max McDaniel and Molly McDaniel; his great grandchildren, Elsie, Braxton Nelson, Jayden, Tatum and Auburn Beffa; and his brother Warren Glaze (Janice).
