He is survived by: his parents, Keith Bolte (Sandi) of Potosi, MO and Sherry Dames-Hillenbrand (Mike) of St. Peters, MO.; his fiancée Brittany Alexander of Pevely, Missouri; his former wife Christel Dawn Duncan of Kansas City, Kansas; his children, Keith, Penelope, Harlie and Arlo; and his siblings, Veronica, Trevor, Tracey, Rory, Daphne and April. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and beloved friends.
