He is survived by: his wife Marlene Samson; his children, Gary Kliethermes (Laura) of Cottonport, LA, Dianne Ruettgers (Darryl) of Taos, Mary Sue Fontana (Don) of Prairie Home, Julie Boeckmann (Bryan) of Pershing, Tom Kliethermes of Lenexa, KS, Mike Kliethermes (Liesje Myers) of Westphalia, Chris Kliethermes (Brenda) of Des Moines, IA and Sarah Lange (Shawn) of Frankenstein; his grandchildren, Riley Balzer (Cade), Haley Kliethermes, Jamie Schwob (Joe), Todd Ruettgers (Chessa), John Fontana, Zachary Boeckmann (Madeline), Erin Koerner (Drew), Luca, Simon Kliethermes, Mary Williams (Gavin), Mark, Marlene, Michelle, Mathew, Monroe Kliethermes, Henry, George Kliethermes and TJ Lange; his great grandchildren, August, Colton, Elizabeth Schwob, Teddy, Mellie, Babies Ruettgers, Beau, Kit Boeckmann and Isla Koerner; and his in-laws, Dorothy Thessen, Vince Prenger, Stanley Strope, Ron, Shirley Samson, Russell, Debbie Samson, Arlene Samson and Wanda Samson.
