He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Maasen-Milligan and Michelle Maasen; his sisters, Mary Ruth Backes (Theon), Cathy Wolters (Donnie), Helen Kliethermes (Steven) and Rosie Mantle; his grandchildren, Adam Milligan, Promise Milligan, Mira Milligan, Walter Grace III, Radiance Patterson, Fierce Patterson, Christian Rodgers, Wyatt Rodgers, Jayce Rodgers, Drake Rodgers and Tyernan Rodgers; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Milligan Schnieders, Birdie Milligan-Coots and Xeno Rodgers.
