She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Batten (Gary Appleberry) of Boonville, Kimberly Perkins (John Hinkle) of Boonville, Kathleen Perkins (Jennifer) of Sparta and Michelle Simmons (Brad) of Boonville; her grandchildren, Kira Phelps, Lucy, Hunter and Klayton Simmons; and her siblings, Kenny Clarke (Sue) of Boonville, Wayne Clarke (Ronda) of Boonville, Sherry Redden of Texas, Doug Clarke of Boonville and Tracy Romig (Bob) of Texas.
