He is survived by: his parents, Gary Thoma and Sharon Thoma of Boonville; his fiancée Lori Maddex of New Franklin; his daughters, Haley Thoma (Jesse) of Tipton, Kathi Maddex of Fayette and Sara Gentry of Boonville; his sisters, Gena Campbell (Charles) of Boonville and Ginger Gholson (Jimmy) of Boonville; his grandchildren, Ruby, Kane, Prynceton, Lou and Nohble; and his nieces and nephews, Breck, Carson (Zoey), Brady and Olivia (Andrew).
