He was predeceased by: his parents, Winford Winningham and Leatha Winningham (Shipman); his sons, Mike and Mark Winningham; and his siblings, Charles Winningham, Donnie Winningham, Irene Markel and Darrell Winningham.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Caldwell; his granddaughters, Katie Wooldridge (Brad) of Boonville and Jordan Winningham of Boonville; his great grandchildren, Kennedy and Cooper Wooldridge; and his sister Linda Smith (Jim) of La Plata.
