He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Leigh Southworth (Rester). He is survived by: his father Gary Edward Southworth; his wife Victoria Lee Southworth (Miller); his children, Tiffany, Steven (Sara), Alyssa, William, Sarai, Keilah and Levi; and his grandson Leon.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Howard-Millard Funeral Home (1397 W Ashley Rd, Boonville, MO 65233). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
