She is survived by: her parents, Patricia Reynolds (McCollum) of Lee's Summit and Larry Reynolds; her boyfriend David Birch of Boonville; her daughters, Angel "Alex" Marie Cook-Ennis of Lee's Summit and Bella Rader; and her aunt Carol Gerhard of Moberly.
