We bid farewell to Raymond Edmund Jenkins of Boonville, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 17, 2025 at the age of 95. Raymond Edmund touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton F. Jenkins and Hattie P. Jenkins (Wilson); his siblings, Leslie Jenkins, John Jenkins, Gertrude Allen, Eula Cole, Myrtle Boulware and Imogene Langley; and his great grandchildren, Linley Woods and Andrew Jenkins.

He is survived by: his wife RVing; and his children, Jerry Jenkins of Jefferson City, Terry Jenkins of Centertown, DeWayne Jenkins (Pam) of Centertown, Brenda Hubbard of Jefferson City, Bonnie Chambers of Jefferson City, Kathy Sturgeon (Gary) of Covington, Hattie Jenkins of Boonville and Jennifer Cook (Denver) of Prairie Home. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

“Uncle Raymond was a very special person to me. My First memory was when I was 6 years old and visiting the family. Stevie and I played on the hill behind the house where I took a tumble, scraping my knee. Uncle Raymond gently cleaned and bandaged it. He became my hero! I didn't take off the bandage for days. I have many good memories since that time. The family will be in my thoughts and prayers.”
