He is survived by: his wife Rose Mann; his daughters, Vicki Nolke (Ron) of Carrollton, Debbie Inskeep (Bill) of Pilot Grove and Anita Street (Fred) of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Lynette Mulch (Michael) of Carrollton, Billy Inskeep (Jaclyn) of Pilot Grove, Melissa England (Bill) of Warsaw, Andrew Inskeep (Cayley) of Pilot Grove and Jennifer Powell (Chris) of Avon Park, Florida; his grandson-in-law Bradley Boyer of Columbia; and his great grandchildren, Kylar Mulch, Edyn Mulch, Aiden Boyer, Braxten Inskeep, Ayven Inskeep, Casen Inskeep, JT Powell, Alexis Powell, Noah Boyer, Peyton Boyer, Jackson Inskeep and Joseph Inskeep.
