He was predeceased by : his brothers, Larry and Mike McCloud; and his niece Kayla Grimshaw. He is survived by : his wife Carol Waters McCloud; his son Frank McCloud (Lacy) of Gastonia, NC; his siblings, Paul McCloud (Evelyn) of Lawson, MO, Bill McCloud (Christy) of Salisbury, MO, Ruth Ann Washam (Jim) of Salisbury, MO and Kathy Sasek (Stephen) of Moberly, MO; and his sister-in-law Debbie McCloud of Salisbury, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bittiker Funeral Home (1201 US-65, Carrollton, MO 64633). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fitzgerald Cemetery.

The family suggests contributions to HELP Services Cancer Fund of Carrollton or to the family.
