“Frances Ann loved her family fiercely and took great pride in remembering all family birthdays. She was always grateful for any kindness shown to her and delighted in visits from family members and friends. Frances Ann loved to receive multiple cards on her birthday and also enjoyed letters. I was blessed to be her cousin for all these years and will cherish the memories until we see each other again in Heaven.”
