With sadness, we share the passing of Nicholas Dunne Sr. of Bourbon, Missouri. Nicholas, born on August 7, 1949, passed away on September 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dunne and Ona Dunne (Browning); his siblings, Maxine Steenburgen, Richard Dunne and Tony Dunne; and his parents-in-law, Charlie and Patsy Schatz.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Schatz; his children, Patrick Dunne Jr. (Judy) of Union, MO and Colleen Dunne of Sullivan, MO; his grandchildren, Nick Dunne (Benny) of St. Louis, MO, Patrick Dunne III (Sarah) of Leslie, MO, Elizabeth Narez (Nick) of High Ridge, MO, Brendan Dunne (Rebekah) of Alabaster, AL, Caroline Dunne (Zack) of Union, MO, Melinda Bizzle of Sullivan, MO, Brad Bizzle Jr. (Megan) of Leasburg, MO and Tyler Adams (Destinee) of Bourbon, MO; his great grandchildren, Avery, Mila of Darcy, T. J., Hunter, Walker, Lillian, Cecelia, Waylon, Sophia, Cooper and Evelyn; his brother Jim Dunne (Jean) of Poplar Bluff, MO; and his brother-in-law Charlie Schatz (Teresa) of Sullivan, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Eaton Funeral Home (347 N Clark St, Sullivan, MO 63080). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given in Pat's memory to the Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital of St. Louis.
