He is survived by: his wife Janet West of Bourbon, MO; his daughters, Rhonda Ogden of Cuba, MO and Shannon Hollar (Chris) of Independence, KY; his grandchildren, Eric, Lucas, Knox, Everly and Hadley; and his sisters, Lavell Dunlap of Sullivan, MO, Jean Thompson (Doyle) of Potosi, MO and June Peters of Bourbon, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
