She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward F. Kowalk and Evelyn C. Kowalk (Harrison). She is survived by: her sons, Roy "Lee" Henry, III (Liz) of Sullivan, MO and Alan Hash of Bourbon, MO; her grandchildren, Zoey and Jace Henry; and her sisters, Robin Villa of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Jeanie Kowalk of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
