She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Mathes and Susie Mathes; her son Alan Hurd, Sr.; and her close friends, Fred and Shirley Holmes.
She is survived by : her grandsons, Tom Hurd, Lyle Hurd, Shad Wendel, Alan Hurd, Jr., Tony Stokes, Mark Stokes, Jay D. Hurd, Zachary Hurd, Brendan Hurd, Cody Smith, Brett Weimer and Kayden Weimer; her former life partner Fred Hurd; her husband Myron Arttus; her children, Freddie Hurd (Connie) of Bowling Green, MO, Debbie Bufford (Charlie) of Bowling Green, MO, Steven Hurd of Bowling Green, MO, Ronnie Hurd (Brenda) of Louisiana, MO, Pam Severson of Bowling Green, MO, Cindy Stokes (Lyle) of Buffalo, MO, Jay Hurd (Melissa) of Bowling Green, MO, Robin Smith (Clyde) of Bowling Green, MO and Wendy Lindsay (Mike) of Louisiana, MO; and her siblings, Anna Moehrle of Kinderhook and Lawrence Mathes (Sandy) of Bowling Green, MO. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
