He was predeceased by : his parents, William M. Finnerty and Flossie S. Finnerty; his in-laws, Max and Nina Teague; his siblings, Vernetta Jean, Richard B. Finnerty (Dick) and Charles W. Finnerty; and his brother-in-law Wayne Teague.
He is survived by : his wife Maxine; his daughters, Leslie Finnerty (Rick Steiner), Sherrie Davis (Nick Davis) and Donna Ellison (Greg Ellison); his grandchildren, Jared Morris, Whitney Morris, Tyler Davis, Audra Ellis (Jarrod), Alex Ellison (Lauren), Zachary Ellison (Brianna) and Adrianna Ellison; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Finnerty (Richard) and Nina Finnerty (Charles). He is also survived by 5 great grandsons and one great granddaughter.
