Doyne Ray Glass Obituary
Doyne Ray Glass, 76, of Bragg City, Missouri passed away on December 26, 2023 at his home. He was born on August 17, 1947 in Point Pleasant, Missouri to Lonnie Willis Glass, Sr. and Anna Mae (Boatwright) Glass. He enjoyed truck driving, farming, telling stories with his friends, watching western movies, watching cardinal's baseball, and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include; six children: Randy Johnson of Kennett, Missouri, Tammy Jones (Chris) of Jacksonville, Florida, Keith Johnson (Michelle) of Kennett, Missouri, Tina Williams (Allen) of Kennett, Missouri, Doyle Glass of Alexandria, Tennessee, and Derek Glass (Chrystal) of Bragg City, Missouri; fifteen grandchildren: Dillon, Ally, Morgan, Corey, Kristi, Kara, Kevin, Alayna, Haddie, Kaitlyn, Hayley, Briah, Baylee, Blake and Cameron; ten great grandchildren; one brother: Jimmie Glass (Sharron) of Clarkton, Missouri; three sisters: Gwen Crocker of Florida, Geneva Cameron of Bethalto, Illinois, and Mary Sue Demers (Mike) of Las Vegas, Nevada; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by; his parents: Lonnie and Anna Mae Glass; wife: Deloris Glass; one son: Rickey Johnson; one grandson: Lil Keith Johnson, Jr.; and three brothers: Lonnie Glass, Jr., Jack Glass, and David Glass.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at the First Baptist Church in Bragg City, Missouri from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with Tom Duncan officiating.
