She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, Amy (Don Eby), Kellie (John Smith) and Duane (Mandy); her grandchildren, Ashley, Courtney, Casey (Brian Jones), Aisha (Josh Johnson) and Noah; her children, Jamie (Clay Bates), Taylor, Jackie, Adam (Hannah), Brian, Dean (Ava), Ethan (Hailey) and Hannah; and her sisters, Juanita (Paul David) and Janell (Tommy Whittington). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
