He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Arthur and Margie Fern Parker Downen; his wife Sandra K Downen; and his sister Cleta Howe (Maurice "Chief). He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Downen of Andover, KS and Michelle Kelley of Winfield, KS; his nephew Rodney Mann (Barri); his grandchildren, Kayliana, Kasyn, Colton, Jacob, Garrett and Shelby; and his pet J. J.. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
