He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Miller Foley and Cecil L Foley; his wife Joyce Elaine Foley; and his sister Linda Ferder (Foley). He is survived by: his children, Angie Foley of Branson, Missouri and Rod Foley (Kimberly) of Grand Island, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Noah and Ethan Foley; and his brother Larry Foley of Urich. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
