David Gibreal Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Gibreal of Branson, Missouri, who passed away on August 11, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid David farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For David is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Gibreal and Marjorie Gibreal (Thompson) of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska.. He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Gibreal (Jean Bean) of Atlanta, Georgia and Steve Thompson of Wauneta, Nebraska; his niece Kristy Thompson of Longmont, Colorado; his nephew Leslie Thompson of Lawrence, Kansas; and his cousins, Linda and Rob Barrett (family: Steve Gibreal, Teresa Salmond, Leisa Biermann, Mike Wennihan, Matt Wennihan, Deb Kruger). He is also survived by family, Leisa Biermann and family.
