He was predeceased by: his mother Leona Tohlen (Fisher). He is survived by: his father Wilson Tohlen; his wife Gayle Tohlen; his daughters, Julie (Trey Pelz) and Jennifer (Brian Oglesby); his grandchildren, Parker, Hallie, Calem, Linley Pelz, Dalen and Gabbie Oglesby; his brothers, Charles (Debbie Tohlen), Mark Tohlen of Rolla, Dennis (Emily Tohlen) and James (Lisa Tohlen); and his sister-in-law Mary Jane Tohlen of Gainesville, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Missouri Huntington's Disease Association HDSA.
