She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonas Beltz and Mildred Beltz (Hodson); her husband Richard C. Hazell; and her brother Galen Beltz. She is survived by: her children, Denny Hazell (Katy) of Ozark, Missouri, Kimberlie White (John) of Blue Eye, Missouri and Gary Hazell (Pam) of Ridgedale, Missouri; and her brother Larry Beltz. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
