He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Hattenhauer, Kenneth Smith, Carl Franklin, Allen Franklin (Boot), Bet Bateman, Mable Mullins and Leon Franklin; his children, William (Janell Price), Samantha Franklin of Branson, Wilma (Jacob Kirkhove), Katie (Dusty Hodges), Michael Fanning of Muskogee and Alicia (Robert Wodrich); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Jenny, Elizabeth, Kristie, Eli, Jacob, Alyssa, Ezekiel, Kylee, Logan, Kason, Idon, Aaron, Anthony, Nathaniel, Maverick, Stormy, Tristan, Dracus and April.
