He was predeceased by: his father James Charles Tate. He is survived by: his mother Janet Marie Juedes Tate; and his siblings, Tammy Coffelt (Charles) and Jeff Tate (Stephanie). He is also survived by nieces and a nephew; and great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mincy Full Gospel Church (13192 MO-13, Kimberling City, MO 65686). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
