He was predeceased by : his parents, Loren Bales and Jewell Bales; and his sister Dianne Basta. He is survived by : his siblings, Jerome Bales (Charlotte) of Afton, OK and Kathy Ward (Greg) of Tulsa, OK; his nephews, Collin Cox (Stacey) and Andrew Franklin (Tonya); his niece Kelly Tews; his great-niece Isabelle; his great-nephew Manuel; his niece Alicia Bales (Shawn); his great-niece Chloe; his great-nephews, Noah and Nick; and his nephew Jeremy Bales (Traci). He is also survived by other extended family, nieces and nephews as well as many dear friends.
