He is survived by : his daughter Kimberly Broadaway (Brian) of Branson; his siblings, Ray Slater (Terri) of Webb City, Don Slater (Karen) of Joplin, Jo Boggs (Terry) of Cherryvale, KS, Toni Slater-Carter of Carterville, MO and Mabel Smith of Webb City; and his grandsons, Brandon Sanders, Nick Sanders, Spencer Slater and Cooper Smith.
