He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Sams and Velma Sams; and his brother-in-law Carl Ballachino. He is survived by: his wife Ronna Sams of Branson West; his daughters, Kelly Skoglund (Scott) of Branson and Kayce Sams of Branson West; his grandchildren, Lucy Bose, Jonathan Jay Bose, Emma Skoglund and Eleanor Skoglund; his pets, Moose and Rosie; and his sister Patti Ballachino of Dayton, OH.
