He was predeceased by : his parents, George Mulick and Elizabeth Mulick; and his siblings, Peggy Mulick and Mike Mulick. He is survived by : his wife Cindy Mulick of Branson; his children, Andy Mulick (Priscilla Mutton) of Portland, OR, Nancy McEuen (Matt McEuen) of St. Louis, MO and Katie Lindsay (Jason Lindsay) of Eureka, MO; his grandchildren, Josh Mulick, Jake McEuen, Hannah McEuen, Noah King, Ella Lindsay and Ava Lindsay; his sister Patti Steele of Plantation, FL; and his pet Hazel Grace.
