He is survived by: his mother Becky Cummings of Walnut Shade; his children, Caden Romine and Brooklyne Butterfield (Seth) of Branson; his siblings, Colton Lamb of Forsyth and Kimberly Caputo (Buddy) of Walnut Shade; and his nephews, Waylon Caputo and Wyatt Caputo.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel (16560 US-160, Forsyth, MO 65653). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Snapp-Bearden Forsyth, Chapel (16560 US-160, Forsyth, MO 65653).
