He is survived by: his wife Amanda Kushen; his children, Brynlee of Reeds Spring, Blaise of Reeds Spring and Barrett Kushen of Reeds Spring; his father John Kushen of Lincoln, Nebraska; his aunts and uncles, Kim Petersen (late Bill) of Barneston, Nebraska and Todd Wilcox (Kris) of Barneston, Nebraska; his parents-in-law, Larry and Sue Nickerson of Branson; and his brother-in-law Justin Nickerson (Desi) of Kearney, Missouri. He is also survived by family members and friends.
