He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Dawn Faber of Yelm; his parents, Ruben Michaelis and Katherine Sophia Miller; his siblings, Lee Roy Van Dyke, Ella Mae Bender-Bushell, Victoria Bernice Ehrlich and Clifford Dean Michaelis; and his daughter Jackie Maxfield. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren.
