She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Scott; her children, Bethanie Adams and Griffin Thirkell; her children-in-law, Travis Adams and Allison Thirkell; her grandchildren, Lincoln Scott Thirkell and Eleanor Elizabeth Renee Adams; her mother Dianne Haubein; and her sisters, Genee Lindstrom and RaShelle Hook.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the LaNette Thirkell Scholarship Fund, for Branson School graduates.
