She is survived by : her children, Christopher Worthington of Branson and Jennifer Leon of Hollister; her brother Bill Chatfield of San Francisco, CA; and her grandchildren, Austin Worthington of Branson, Ramon Ciricuti of Branson, Carlos Ortega of Branson, Madison Worthington of Branson, Izabella Worthington of Branson and Kinsley Worthington of Branson.
